Dining Hall Cleanup Instructions

Wash your hands in the kitchen hand washing sink

Wear an apron to protect your clothing from spilled food

Gather all the salt and Pepper shakers, wipe them with mild bleach water

Store shakers in container in Kitchen.

Wipe down tables with mild bleach water

Dry tables extremely thoroughly, there should not be a wet or cold feeling on the tables

Be sure tables are clean on the sides as well.

Any moisture that is left on tables will turn quickly to mold if it is locked in the table drawers with no air circulation

After tables are completely dry fold tables down and store in drawers under the stage

Stack chairs neatly in stacks of 14 and use cart to put in closet between stage and back room
